At 90 Degree by Reflex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the activewear items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
